The Legacy Baseball Performance Program is a fully structured, science-driven training system built specifically for baseball athletes ages 11–18 who want to elevate their game, move efficiently, build real strength, and dramatically reduce their risk of injury.
Whether your athlete is preparing for tryouts, fighting for a starting spot, or chasing their future in the sport, this program delivers the tools, coaching, and consistency needed to succeed.

📅 How the Program Works
Training runs in 4-week progressive blocks that build on each other:
1. Movement Mastery – body control, posture, sprint technique, balance
2. Strength Development – foundational lower/upper strength, hinge & rotation
3. Power & Speed – explosive intent, med ball velocity, jump & sprint mechanics
4. Performance Phase – integrating speed, power, and coordination for on-field transfer
Athletes train 3 days per week at 5:00 PM (Mon/Tues/Thurs).
Online and hybrid options are also available for flexibility.
