Legacy Lifting is a strength and conditioning gym within a physical therapy clinic. Our CSCS coaches collaborate with PTs to deliver personalized programs focused on strength, function, and longevity for everyone from rehab clients to lifelong athletes.
Our Wellness Program is led by Certified Strength and Conditioning Coaches and supported by Doctors of Physical Therapy with over 40 years of combined experience. Every 60–90 minute session is coach-led from start to finish, combining evidence-based training with personal attention. Designed for daily warriors of all levels, our programming promotes strength, resilience, and long-term health tailored to your goals. We are striving to help every person find a higher quality of life through greater health.
Our Wellness Program is conveniently located at 855 Citadel Dr E, inside Rezac Physical Therapy right off Academy Boulevard in Colorado Springs. We're easily accessible from Platte Avenue and Highway 24, with plenty of parking. Whether you're local or commuting, our central location makes it easy to prioritize your health and strength.

How long does it take to see results?
Results take time, but if you’re consistent, they will come. If you are a beginner, results will come fairly quickly; even in only 30 days, you may start to see a difference in your strength and overall well-being.
Do I get the chance to meet new friends?
Yes. We like to organize our fitness classes into small groups, as this allows you to meet others.
What sets you apart from other gyms?
We provide a personalized program designed in conjunction with Doctors of Physical Therapy and NSCA Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialists who are familiar with your specific goals and medical history. We are one of the only programs in Colorado Springs to provide performance training supported by Evidence Based Practices
How often do you recommend coming to workout classes?
If you are a beginner, we recommend starting with 2 to 3 classes a week. It may take a while for your body to get used to training at that intensity, so listen to your body and know you will need recovery time between training days.
Do you provide free refreshments there?
We have a filtered water fountain available to our members.
Do I have to be fit to join?
No! No matter what your current fitness level is, we have a program that is right for you. Every workout is designed to help you succeed, improve bone density, progress balance, and move you toward your goals. Our program is designed for individual scalability, making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience.
What payment methods do you accept?
We take all major credit cards and debit cards. We do not accept personal checks.
What kind of exercises can I expect during a workout?
Our class programming will include a strength portion in which you’ll work on something like functional weightlifting, deadlifting, squatting, or bodyweight strength. Each class features part of our tailored program designed with your personal medical history in mind and inspired by Doctors of Physical Therapy
Do I have to stop eating my favorite foods to be healthy?
No! A healthy lifestyle has to be manageable and realistic for the long term. Do enjoy special indulgences and meals! The healthier you are, the healthier you tend to want to eat. Talk to your coach about idea for your health!
